Malcolm wields a combination of Eastern and Western style swords, featuring a western style hilt and a katana like blade. The entire thing is silver, though the grip is wrapped in black leather.

Appearance:
Malcolm stands at a decent 5'10", and has a lithe body frame. His eyes are a soft hazel color, and his shaggy hair is a deep red, and he has a scar the crosses his face diagonally from right to left. His under garb is a grey, form fitting shirt, long black pants held up by a utility belt, and fine black shoes. Over this, he wear a tattered cloak held by four belts fastened to the piece that goes the piece of the cloak around his neck. A sheath for his sword rests against his back, solid black with red rope around the mouth. His left arm is armored in red plate armor, though his right only features armor over his hand.

Personality:
Malcolm has, since he was 18, been a military man, though he has often had a distaste for orders. He believes in the objectives of his mission, though he will alter his mission as much as possible to avoid a fight he knows he cannot win, or to assist another unit. That said, his nigh constant success has led to a certain cockiness, and a feeling of infallibility that, while supported, causes friction between him and his superiors.

History:
Malcolm enrolled in the Kiran military at the age of 18, as soon as he could. At the onset of the Third Crusade he volunteered for a guerrilla unit, designated the 12 Fangs, and assigned the task of halting the Eunoian advance as much as possible. It was while serving as one of the Fangs, under the codename The Red Fang, Malcolm fell in love with one of his comrades, Sheila Fields, The White Fang. They had a short and private marriage during the war, and most often served together. However, on the eve of the final battle, Sheila was caught and summarily executed attempting to sabotage on of Euno's supply trains. Malcolm was emotionally devastated, and during the final battle on the Verdant Plains The Red Fang dyed himself in the crimson of his enemies to soothe his rage. Following the battle, he requested to reform the 12 Fangs, as most of them had died and the rest retired following the war. He was granted command of this new unit, and to this day they continue to watch Euno for military buildup and activity, ready to stop them should the Fourth Crusade begin.
